A little bit about me:University of Maryland alum, currently volunteering for Americorps in a clinic in DC, mostly in Health Education, local community outreach, and promoting youth literacy (Reach Out and Read, DC). A zoology major, I naturally am interested in the biological/life sciences. I LOVE to learn about anatomy/physiology, neuroscience, and drug metabolism --the hows and whys: the biological basis of emotion, why chemicals do the things they do in our bodies, etc... I think I might have a slightly unnatural interest in learning alot more about Dopamine...
