A little bit about me:Hi, my name is Shannon. I am 26 years old and have suffered depression for most of my life. I am also a self recovered self-injurer. I have battled with my weight for years and not sure if I have an ED or not, but believe I have the mindset of one. I have suffered with headaches since I was born, my mother and aunt also suffer from headaches so it's genetic. Depression and constipation also run in my family.

Though I am self-cured from some of my problems, I would like to help others that have been in my shoes with the issues that I have faced.
