A little bit about me:I am a semi-single 56 year old woman who is disabled with heart disease, lupus, and fibromyalgia. I have dealt with these issues for years but now i have the uncomfortable issue of dizziness with nausea and cold sweats. I need help. Have been to my heart doctor and a neurologist with no answers.
