what you mean is a High Carb Diet, if you will eat a high carbohydrate meal after the exercise (not more than 2 hours)you will have better results next training. your body uses glycogen as a fast energy storage, eating a high Carb meal after training can make the body store 2-3 times more energy as glycogen- meaning enlarging considerably your fast energy storage.
