A little bit about me:I am alphabet soup with mental health disorders. I am trying to cope, but it is very difficult. I was seriously abused as a child, did a lot of drugs growing up, and am lost in my mid thirties. I have a daughter and a boyfriend that keep me surviving, and my Mania lasts a long time, but my depressive states are getting worse, and I fear the worst sometimes. I am terrified of medication, due to my "drug brain" and am so confused on how to get better...
