A little bit about me:I am almost 55, been on disability for about 5 years now... have Lupus Dermatitis, Diabetes Type II, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Fibromyalgia, PKD, Barrett's Esophagus, Asthma, Basically want to feel better... eat better, drop some weight...open to suggestions to things that have worked for others.
