A little bit about me:I was diagnosed with Relapsing-Remittent Multiple Sclerosis in March of 2005. I don’t have control over the disease but MS affects the quality of life rather than its duration... And that, that is something I can beat. I am one of the lucky ones, for I know better than to take my life for granted.

I am a woman, a wife, a friend, a daughter and a combatant…
I’m interested in Multiple Sclerosis advocacy and awareness. I’m always trying to learn new things about different aspects of multiple sclerosis such as sexuality and management; psychosocial impacts; psychology and optimism.

My first two years of MS were very difficult; my disease turned out to be very aggressive. My physical condition is now stable, thanks to Copaxone. I have been on a medical leave for over two years. I struggle to keep active but I’m certantly not defeated!
