How do I avoid Sport injuries?

I started climbing recently and going to the gym 3 times a week.

  • Smart of you, most people start working out (a good thing) but forget that there are rules to how to do so (a very bad thing) and then they injure themselves and stop any sport activity. Every sport has its own set of rules what you should do and what not to do. But in all of them it is recommended to warm up before the practice. Not to strain your self and start practicing slowly. Don’t try to run 5 miles on the first time. Start with a mile, walk half of it- rune the next half. After couple of weeks you’ll be able to run 2 and so forth. good luck!
