healthy diets helps you keep your physical health, such as not having cancer or heart attack. to be "stronger" you have to train while taking a special diet. how strong can a man be? well, here is an answer for you:

well, i'd say it depends if you have a high or low metabolism or not. Look at Michael Phelps, he has to eat 15,000 calories a day because he pushes himself so far with exercise. Everybody has their limit, no matter how hard you train, there is a red line you can't cross. I used to work so hard in baseball, pushing myself so far. Until i permanently injured my right arm. Just take it easy, you only live once, so enjoy it. If you want to loose weight, don't do the same exercises everyday, your body will adapt to it. Always drink water, until you can't drink anymore (this means you are hydrated). and just do whatever exercises you find right for you. it will take awhile but you will see results. any more questions you can ask me, i know a lot of professional weight trainers. Good luck! :)

a healthy diet is only part of the answer. I think people need to work out, add resistance training. You can do this at home easily.
