i'd find someone that you could talk to,maybe even someone with simular problems that you are suffering from, just remember theres always someone to talk to,i'll talk to you if i'm online i'd be glad to,it might be better to talk to a stranger ,since i don't know you i cant judge you!i get depressed all the time, theres a few things you want to avoid, such as alcohol, drugs, some family members, and isolation, get out and do something you enjoy, take a friend with you if it makes you happy.TALK TO A DOCTOR,

Hey, there are things you can do for it.
-talk to people a lot
-get out and in positive situations
-SSRIs
-Omega-3 fatty acids (try a purified fish oil that's free of mercury and PCBs, for about 1 gram EPA a day with the associate DHA. You might have to take 3 tablets).
B-vitamins, maybe 50mg of all the B-vitamins per day
Figure out if you're sensitive to any foods. Gluten (a protein in wheat) makes me very depressed.
Are you on any medications that might be causing you to be depressed.
Do you have any other health conditions that might be making you depressed?

look -you are not alone on this. depression is a very common thing. although chronic depression (thank god) is much less common. you have the same thoughts that EVERY person have - but for you it's longer and harder.
luckly today this phenomenon is treatable!
use the advises "sweet butterfly" gave you, and it may be a good idea also to see a good therapist, just so he'll direct you to the right direction.
