Our weight usually reflects our life habits - this weight doesn't come from the air but rather come from food we ate without spending it with physical activity. Therefore, the way to weight reduction is to change our LIFESTYLE - otherwise, one may lose weight during the diet period but will gain it again quickly after he or she resumes their old habits (that resulted to the weight gain in the first place).
First thing, you should examine what you eat and compare it to what you should eat, and see what kinds of unnecessary food you should avoid. Consulting a dietitian may help). Next, you may try exercise, depending on your age and physical status. Both aerobic and anaerobic exercises have their advantages and role in losing weight. Remember to consult you doctor before you start any exercise plan.

i would go talk to your doctor about a diet and fitness plan,also look into what kind of fitness centers are available in your area,and take the list with you to the doctors...
