How to deal with stress before exams?

I am a college student and get very stressed out before tests. Are there good methods to relieve stress?

  • I also get stressed during the finales. The best thing that works for me is scheduling my time correctly, always taking breaks and eating normal meals and not just snacks. Its also important to get a good night sleep before your test and not to stay up all night cramming as this is the most stressful of all.

  • Listening to hypnosis cds and calming/ soothing music helps me to de-stress..! taking a little time out b4 your tests and listening to something like this. lets you calm down and prepares you.. so your not soo stresses for your test. But lets face it everyone get stressed and anxious about tests. If you weren't then id be worried!!
