I have GERD reflux disease and believe me its not fun. I agree with Justin everything he said is what i would have told you. You may what to go see your doctor for a diagnoses.

unfortunately to this i can relate... welcome to the unpleasant world of GERD-gastroesophageal reflux disease. it happens when a muscle at the end of your esophagus does not close properly. what i found very helpful is 1)not eating close to bedtime. 2)avoiding alcohol and spicy, fatty or acidic foods that trigger heartburn.

Your body has a hyperacidity. Drink much more water daily (2 - 2.5 liters). In acute situation drink water, milk or eat a banana. Hyperacidity can cause one day cancer. White refined sugar is with meat the main hyperacidity-cause. Eat enough biological vegetables, nuts and fruits. Avoid refined white sugar and all artificial sweeteners. Consult a nutrition specialist and find out if you have allergies (milk and/or wheat are very common). If you do not change your nutrition habits, you will not be able to get rid of hyperacidity.
