Has anyone had a minimally invasive partial knee replacement? How did it go and are you pleased?

I had mine done in Feb. 2009. I am still having trouble with it. It may be due to the fact that I have a skin graft near the site. The outside tendon on the leg is going crazy now. Don't know if that is normal. I am pleased that the other pain is gone, but am worried about what is going on now. Need to go back to work....soon, but don't think I can "keep up" with the others.
