How do you use iMedix and has it helped you?

I am a fairly new member to the iMedix community and so far love it and it's basic philosophy of helping each other.

I wanted to know what others thought about the community and if it as helped you in any way. I find it addictive!

Support and sharing is important for my health!

I guess I will be the first to respond to get this started.

iMedix helps me with fitness and weight loss when I need it. I enjoy reading what other people have to say to help me.

I'm also new to iMedix and finding it very informative. My health-consciousness is very important to me, but something I don't really talk about with other people. Any suggestions on how I can get connected with the right people here?

There are several ways to connect with relevant people on iMedix:

Post a question and receive answers from relevant users.
http://www.imedix.com/health_community/questions/ask...

Browse the different communities
http://www.imedix.com/health_community/list/ALL/A

Use the search box and choose "Members" option from the drop down menu.
http://www.imedix.com/health_community/members

Once you found relevant members, simply click to send them a private message or start a real-time chat if they’re online.
