diabetes type 2 is caused by artificial sweeteners. stop to take them. you find them in drinks, industrial food. don't eat food for diabetics but biological, unraffined (brown) sugar from a good distributor. if you can't find such sugar - use tea of the plant Stevia (biological). i have a report telling you why diabetes type 2 exist and what you can do to cure yourself. let you guide by a doctor controlling your blood from time to time. it won't be easy to find a doctor who will agree to do what i said before, but some have a common sense of life and will help you.

  • bye the way, white, industrial, raffined sugar gives caries. biological, unraffined (brown) sugar gives not caries but you should not know about this fact! attention: some food distributors sell brown sugar which is in major part coloured white sugar! honey is not a real substitution for sugar, but if you can live with it, then buy biological one. honey is with propollis inside a very good remedy for burn wounds of your skin.

  • If your a Diabetic Type II, try an Herb supplement containg Bitter Melon Fruit extract. It has significantly helped to get my blood sugar levels to normal and eliminate all peripheral neoropathy symptoms soon after starting it. A friend of mine, who is more serious, has been able to elliminate all use injectable insulin and also is getting excellent sugar regulation. Bitter Melon is an asian fruit and has been used for centuries to improve symptoms of high blood sugar. It is about 5 cents per pill. I use Nature's Herbs 900 mg. Available online and some places that sell Herbs. Univesity studies says that it significantly reduces resistance to insulin, which is the source of Type II. Don't know if it will help Type I at all. Give it a try, you may be amazed at how well it works for you. I have been taking it for 5 months now and I like it.
