the key is that there is no key. just get up and move around. try to add some new form of activity to your life each day. stay active. as far as eating is concerned, eat as much natural foods as possible. fruits, veggies, some chicken. its a live long change that you need to make, there is no overnight magic pill.
i find that support groups (online and off) work well for me.

Being fat is also beauty in one way boy! The most real secret of losing weight is ‘people’! You can follow any diet you like, can take any weight loss drug you like - can even have major bariatric surgery. But if you don't get people for support to help you to achieve your weight loss goals, you'll find it very difficult to lose weight. That is why so many dieters fail. They spend years dieting and end up more overweight or obese than they started, because they fail to get proper help. Don't fall into the same deep trap!

we are all different. since i had to start to take drugs i blow up. before, i could eat three meals after another and my body remain slim-line. diets i made till now created the Yoyo-effect. so the next new step i will start is to detoxicate my body with a special new electric device a swiss engineer did invent, because i still feel after 15 years a medication i had to take then. i eat as much as i can only biological food, so that i don't stress unnecessary my body. i know some people which became thicker, because they reduced their daily food. why? because their bodies did panic, meaning they would need to start to create reserves! don't stress youself, accept you the best you can and take little steps. food-experts could find out what your body appreciates and what you should avoid by testing the resonance of your being with food-samples. i don't know how they are called. a kineologist can also find out such things.

Nice to meet you. I think the first successful part of weight loss is the will to do the deal. You have to want it bad enough that you are willing do to what it takes. It is hard, it's not pleasant, there are many sacrifices that go along with successful weight loss. The person has to want to achieve this goal to the fullest. Yes, we all fall off the wagon, but it's the getting back on the wagon that is important. After the commitment, then the work begins. Goal setting is a must also. The weight didn't come on overnight, nor will it go away overnight. Excersize is also a must. It really does help. Even the smallest movement that is made is a good faith effort. It will get easier with time, but the person has to realize that yes, it's going to be hard. And no, it won't be overnight. But the person is trying and that is what counts and can keep the person going.

thank you all of you for your answers: James, two years ago, I started a macrobiolagical diet to correct my sanpaku-eyes, with the hope to bring back my eyes in "normal" position. It was very hard, because I was totally alone - still now. i could correct a little bit my eyes position and bring the pupil a bit more down, so that you don't see white too much below. Sanpaku is Japanese and means "three white". the accompaning effect was, that i lost in 10 months about 36 pounds, but... because i started afterwards again to eat as usual, i got my pounds back. i don't give up. now, the first next thing i will do is detoxicate my body. my body is full of trash and because of that, my body has not the time nor the possibility to get rid off it, if i don't help him to clean itself, so that he can concentrate better to his jobs. macrobiotical diet was heavy: only to eat cereals with crystaline salt day by day, drinking only water or tea. no fruits, no vegetables, no meat, no
