I go for morning walk for nearly 1 hour, I like to know is this enough for me?

I’m 36 years old Male. I go for morning walk for nearly 1 hour, but I didn’t do any other exercise. I like to know is this enough for me? My weight is 180 pounds.

  • What are your fitness goals? Walking is definitely good for your heart and body and mind. It helps you burn calories, but what exactly are you trying to accomplish?
    Once we know what your goals are, we can let you know if walking an hour a day is enough to meet that goal.
