I realy don't like eating meat. If I take B12 pills, will it have the same effect?

Do all those vitamins in a jar really work??

  • Generally, it’s supposed to work. However it depends on compliance and maintenance of taking the pills, as well as some other factors. Therefore, consulting your physician and testing B12, as well as other essential vitamins levels may be wise from time to time.

    "All those vitamins" usually work in the sense that they do get into your body. What they do once they're inside it, is a whole different story. Sometimes there're expecatations that taking vitamins will cure one's all illnesses, which is sometimes just not possible-vitamins are important, but not everything.
