What is the best climate for a pregnant woman with asthma??

My friend is second month pregnant and suffer from asthma. It's hard enough for her to have these attacks of breathing disorders in regular days so she's really trying to prevent having them during pregnancy. Where should she go? somewhere high? open air? hot/cold weather?

  • the important things to remember are :
    - manage and understand the trigger of the asthma attack, avoid those allergens as best as she can
    - some papers say that late in pregnancy trimester, usually the asthma will improve, because of the increase of the steroid hormones inside the mother metabolism

rather than two issues above, just go to your doctor for further consult and advice.
stay healthy always during the pregnancy, good luck!

  • dry, clean and hopefully not too cold or not to hot. but you think that it really can be done? moving all your life to another unknown place only for a few months in order to avoid Asthma attacks? maybe only if it's really severe ones. but then she might want to move permanently over there.
