Hello bipolar community...

remember I've told you about my best friend who I suspected is bipolar?
Well, I was right. He went to see someone and just got the diagnosis yesterday. He is bipolar and I want to keep helping him without interfiering with the treatment. Should I ask him to talk to his therapist as well so I stay in the loop or I better not?

  • well...this kind of decision should be taken with your friend. he is a master of his life, if he thinks that you can help him then he'll keep you in the loop. if it's too much for him- stay outside and still keep a watch for him, cause this is what a good friend does...
it's a matter of privacy and depends on him.
