Aside from exercise, diet & weight control, how can I lower my cholesterol level?

I am a very healthy man and always take care of my health without fail. Recently I checked my cholesterol level which read 209, but I don’t have any disease. So aside from exercise, diet & weight control, how can I lower my cholesterol level?

  • I appreciate your interest on your health but if you had mentioned your age then it would have been more helpful. Increasing garlic is believed to help and even yellow onions are also helpful along with anything else in that family (for ex: shallots etc.)

  • I wonder if you wanna try Chinese herb. Actually, it is a food supplement. I also wonder if you always take any food supplement.
