What causes the headache in migraine
I am having a question that what causes the headache in migraine. My brother’s sister-in-law is having migraine. She says that she does not know that what makes her have this pain but during stress this pain rises and for most headaches the trigger is her stress. Could there be something else which causes this?

Some food like chocolates, fermented food, canned foods and alcohol can also trigger migraine headache. Hormonal changes can also trigger this headache. Stress is the one of the most common factor involved in the migraine headache. Problem in circadian rhythm is also highly related to headache. An environmental change is also known to cause migraine headache.
