Can exercise help my sister who have been diagnosed for arthritis?

Can exercise help my sister who have been diagnosed for arthritis? Due to her continues pain for almost some months we took her to the doctor and then it was found to be arthritis. I have heard in the clinic that exercise helps and doctor has also told formally to exercise.

  • Sure, she must do exercise and this will add value to her treatment. Recovery would become quick and this will help her to decrease her pain and other symptoms as well. Exercise will also help her to the chance for other disease as well because her muscle and body will be in movement.
