How common are head cancer?

I have been recently diagnosed as head cancer. I have been suffering from head ache and went to my doctor due to the pressure of my wife to check it. Now I am shocked to hear about it and I didn’t tell my wife too. Am I the one alone in this universe with this illness, how common are head cancer?

  • Stop worrying and concentrate on what has to be done right now. Neck and head cancers affects for approximately 3 to 5 % of all cancers in the U.S. These cancers are most frequent in people over age 50 and especially in men. It is estimated that about thirty nine thousand women and men in this country will develop neck and head in 2005.
