Have a balanced diet, drink more water, stick to timings, exercise regularly, reduce consumption of oily food and alcohol, have a good sleep, prayer and stop worrying. Also you need a chiropractor or a massage therapist to work it out.

Here I give you two simple tips to manage your chronic headache :
1. the best and fastest way to reduce the headache pain is by consuming coffee. BUT, be careful, it is suggested that you fill your stomach first before drinking coffee, since coffee can be irritative to your stomach.
2. de-stress your life. Nowadays, people are getting stress-related-headache, so it is good if we all can manage our stress level.
Gud luck, and stay healthy always..
