As for your question, physical stress, such as exercise, is known to trigger migraine attack. Sometimes after exercise only aura occurs, as you described. You can talk to your doctor about various preventative medications, like ergotamine or NSAIDs.
Another tip is drinking a lot of water before and after exercising.
