i have acute pains in my back between the shoulder blades spreading to my uper right side, i also have cartarh
it all started after a cold shower, i find it difficult lifting my right arm,everytime i breathe i feel this dull pain. please i am very worried

sounds like you have a severe muscle cramp... cold showers tend to do so, it is probably the trapizius muscle. you might find it helpful to go to a massage therapy or doing warming the place up. and try to activate the muscle as much as you can, don't over do it but keep it active. if nothing helps- go see a doc.
