I have the same problem. So I went to see a doctor that made some tests to see what the cause of it. I did an MRI and a special MRI that looks on blood vessels, apparently those kind of headaches can be from brain tumors or blood vessels popping in the brain. Or it can be from dilation of blood vessels inside the skull. Which isn’t something to be worry about.

I know the feeling, it tends to occur more often when the weather is hot and humid no? doctors divide exercise headaches into two categories. Secondary exercise headaches are caused by some underlying, and often serious, problem within the brain — such as bleeding or a tumor (god forbids). Primary exercise headaches, on the other hand, are usually harmless because they aren't connected to any underlying problems. But a doctor can tell you which one is it.
