Do changes in the breast/s indicate signs of breast cancer?
My aunt and her daughter have breast cancer. Since its partly hereditary what should I do to prevent cancer of the breast?

Avoid using pesticides, plastics and solvents that contain carbon and chlorine besides resembling estrogens or xenoestrogens that helps towards the growth of breast cancer. Do not use pesticides and herbicides and avoid food that is plastic wrapped or heated in plastic. Do not drink tap water as it contains contaminants like the pesticide atrazine that is a hormone disruptor. It is better to buy bottled water. Alcohol and nicotine should be avoided. Do not eat foods that are rich and fatty in nature. Avoid taking antibiotics often or for long periods. Look out for signs of breast change and lumps that are obvious. Be alert for cysts or sacs of fluid in the tissue of the breast. Another sign that is more common among younger women is a fibroadenoma or a collection of fibrous glandular tissue. Watch for signs that indicate a change in the shape and size of a breast and dimpling of the skin on the breast. Be alert for a change in the shape of the nipple, especially if it sinks into the br

To prevent cancer of the breast, eat a healthy diet that includes curcumin and turmeric which have anti-cancer properties. The risk of breast cancer is lowered with childbearing and breastfeeding. Cruciferous vegetables should be included in the diet for the prevention cancer of the breast. Eight or more ounces of green tea should be consumed every day to stop the growth of cancer cells. The diet should be supplemented with folic acid and Maitake mushrooms which have properties that fight cancer. Minimize intake of omega-6 fats and maximize on foods that have omega-3 fats. Avoid white rice, white flour, white potatoes and sugar. Eat beans and legumes and whole food soy products on a regular basis. Add multi-vitamins to your diet and always have a positive outlook coupled with exercise.
