Well there is presently no cure for Vitligo. Though, you can bleach your skin to make it fully white, or I heard that there is a treatment with a chemical which goes on the affected area (noticeably by a doctor) but only if you have de-pigmentation on less that 50 percent of your body. So consult your doctor and proceed! Good Luck!

Actully there is no cure for vitiligo in the sense if you want to cure the core of the disease, however you can treat vitiligo by re-pigmenting your white patches in skin. There are many treatment option for vitiligo treatment as almost all options are listed at

Vitiligo affects the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes by destroying cells that produce the body's pigment.
