A lot of people with back pain have found thearaputic massage helpful but I think this is something you would have to try for yourself to see if it offers you releif from the pain you experience. Back pain can be caused by many different things so it would depend on what is causing I am sure. Hot baths and hot/cold compress also might help along with physical thearpy. Good Luck.

If it works for you, there is not reason not to try. I’ve sometimes gotten a massage for my back pain and it does help. I’ve also used warm compresses on my lower back at times and they worked well. Ideally, you want to try to avoid what is causing the pain to begin with. I know I had to stop lifting heavy boxes at work about a year ago. It helped greatly. I’m not a huge fan of drugs but aspirin also does help when it’s really bad. Go with what works but ultimately, try to find the cause and prevent it. It’s the only real solution. You only have one back to support.
