Can anyone tell me about the allergens of the environment.
Can anyone tell me about the allergens of the environment. I often get the runny nose and my throat becomes sore. Soon I start to sneeze. I remember that whenever I get exposed to traffic pollution I get these problems. Today suddenly I am having a very bad day as these signs have increased. I have read that these could be symptoms of pollution but today I am yet to start my day then how come I still have these problems.

You can have these symptoms due to dust from your garden or your own house. Anything inhaled, which your body does take it as foreign can lead to these symptoms and is common. But on daily basis the protection from these allergens is given by your own immune system. Allergen could be chemicals, metals, cigarette, or jewelry as well.
