You are clearly worried and it is not actually possible to give an opinion without seeing your child in person. What you should do now is, before you go to visit a doctor, write down what is worrying you and why? And what all the questions you want to be answered. Having things written down makes sure during the stress of the visit, otherwise you will forget to ask. Your concerns are understood by the medical team.
