I am worried about my diet.

Which diet should I take if I am running for long hours. I mean that I have started to run for 3 miles per day. I feel better and in control. I am worried about my diet.

  • You require any special diet. Increase a little in your carbohydrates and proteins. Increment of protein should be less than carbohydrates. But whichever diet you are taking should be taken regularly and timely.
