My brother has been diagnosed for insomnia. he was having difficulty in sleeping.

My brother has been diagnosed for insomnia. He was having difficulty in sleeping. He used to wake early morning but used to feel tired even after he wakes up in the morning. Now as he is diagnosed, so I want to know that how long he will take to be treated.

  • We cannot say about the time limit for his recovery. He needs to reduce his stress and follow a good and healthy lifestyle. Exercising daily will also help him in getting good sleep. Keeping the room dark will also help him in getting a good sleep. A long term practice will help him.
