there is no single cause of migrain,it tends to run in familys..some of the factors related to migraine headaches are anxiety,,anger,,worry,,excitement,,depression,shock,,overexertion,,changes of routine,,and changes of climate,,,food related causes are chocolate,,cheese and other dairy products,,red wine,,fried foods and citrus fruits,,,,sensory causes are bright light or glare,,loud noises,,smells and in some cases birth control pills....mrfoot56/cornell

if you fear of brain tumor because of a migraine you started having- it's not necessarily so. there are all sort of symptoms that can also occur - drowsiness, Intracranial pressure, confusion, problems with all sort of brain fashion.
just go get checked...
