How important is the nutrition for a child?

How important is the nutrition for a child? My son is 6 years old and he eats less and this annoys me. I do not know that how much nutrition her requires but I am sure that he eats less. I have compared his diet with his class mates.

  • Every children has different limits of diet. This limit would depend upon the genetic and environmental factors. If he eats his meals in time and does not complains of any physical discomfort and also he enjoys his work normally like other children, then there nothing to worry.
