I am really worried about this swine flu. I have thrown all the pork stock which was there in my house. I want to know that what I should do to protect my family from getting affected by the flu.

Swine flu doesn’t spread by eating pork. Every teen and adults of the family must wash their hands with soaps and also they should avoid touching the face. Especially the sensitive parts like eye, mouth and nose should not be touched. Children should be helped in building these as habits. Encourage every member of the family to eat, sleep well and exercise. Keep your house clean by the use of alcohol or any liquids that kill germs.
