My daughter is almost 2 months and she has red bumbs on her face.
I'm sure this is just baby acne but i just thought i would ask to see what others think.

it could be an allergic reaction or maybe it is caused by dryness of the skin. maybe you can try using moisturizing lotions on it and see if it goes away. if not, i would go check it up. try to see if it's getting worse or not. monitor it.
