Is it likely to reverse heart disease or angina? I am misguided by this and that, anyone have any genuine opinions on this matter?

  • I expect you are under your doctor's control! Reverse it? I have heard of managing heart disease/angina. Angina is when the heart muscle does not get sufficient blood, but I am certain you already know this. What does your cardiologist say? If you are not hooked up with one, then do so right away! Exercise in accordance with protocol and Eat right. Best of luck!
