  • Common foods like eggs, fish, peanuts, milk, soy and wheat are found to flare up the allergic reactions in some people. The reasons may be due to the problem of absorption in the food the person eats, who is having food allergy. These common foods cause allergy to many people who have food allergy. If you have suffered from any allergic reactions then you should meet the doctor and also stop eating them.
