  • If you have more information than maybe I can help, but you should see a doctor anyways because you may need medicines. When you say stomach, you mean the upper left part of your abdomen? Can you describe the exact location? A burning, sharp pain is classically associated with GERD (which is acid reflux disease) or an ulcer. There are good drugs for these conditions if this is ultimately what you have.
