Marlin...
My son is having pain in his joints. He always feels drowsy with slight fever. Muscle pain is also disturbing him. Some months ago he was bitten by a tick. Could he have Lyme disease?

This could only be confirmed after the diagnosis. Let him meet the doctor and get him diagnosed. If he has been bitten by the tick then it increases his chances for Lyme disease.
