  Hot hands and feet are called "five center heat" in Chinese medicine. The fifth center is the chest, meaning restlessness or irritability. There are a few explanations for this, but usually this is treated by nourishing the yin-fluids of the body.
  
  Not entirely sure if this is your problem or not, but if it is, you're not overheating, you're undercooling. This is the same process as when an engine overheats. It isn't that the engine runs too hot, but that the cooling mechanisms are deficient.

  Do you have a medical condition that you currently suffer from? Has a doctor told you if these symptoms are part of a condition? There are a few things that a medical doctor should check to see to make sure that you don’t have like cellulitis, DVT, diabetes complications, or some type of nerve condition.
