One day I have experienced sudden backache, lower portion and pain in both groins making me immobile. I could not even bend a little. I could only lay down straight. What is it and why this sudden happening. After taking pain killers and hot water treatment, I have got a little relief. Will I become normal and what specific medicines to take. Could anybody please explain?

I think you have taken “Diphenhydramine” hydrochloride like Benadryl or other antihistamines maybe? Did you? Sometimes that could cause pain like that.
