i hope everyone is doing well and had a great weekend. sorry i haven't checked in much this week.

It has been a hectic week. I had two days of doctors appointments and Dakota had his tonsils,adenoids removed, and prior tubes removed.So I have been very busy...very stressed and having bad fibro days! But things are getting better. Hope everyone has a great week.best, Lisa

    Thank you Tristen. I try to stay positive...not only does it help the depression issue(it doesn't allow me to throw myself a "pity" party), it seems to have an affect on pain level. Some have told me I am nuts but I have found when I am having a really bad day if I allow myself to sink into that despair my pain seems to intensify. Some tell me it's in my head ...I just smile and tell them maybe so but we are all different and this works for me! I hope you had a wonderful Fourth.
