Had anxiety attacks that were never treated with the right meds. Now i think i have panic attacks can it be??

After searching the internet I think my Anxiety attacks seem to progressed into panic attacks. Can anxiety attacks that are not treated correctly turn into panic attacks? Or would I have both anxiety & Panic attacks.
Anyone know what meds are best to treat these? Has anyone beat Panic/Anxiety attacks with medication?

  • medication is a GREAT help for Anxiety attacks...but it only helps dealing with the attack itself, not treating it. there are several psychotherapy techniques that can be used to do so. and it can develop into panic attacks (happen to a friend of mine from work). here's a link that explain the importance of psychotherapy:

  • I was also getting cognitive therapy from my Dr., but was never om the correct meds. THANKS!
