Check your medications...one of the side affects could be drowsiness. If so discuss with your doctor the way you take them and maybe you could take at night so it would not interfere with your day. Exercising can give you an energy boost. I eat mini meals instead of three meals a day which helps with my energy a little(I have fibromyalgia so anything helps. Here is a web-site with 50 energy boosters without caffeine.

  • Exercise and sleep are big factors. If you are overweight or have a medical condition like sleep apnea that prevent you from getting a full nights rest, those are important too. See your doctor so that he can rule our medical causes that may be occurring and help you make the choices that best fit your complaints. He’ll have lots of questions about stress, your health and lifestyle which are important so that he can give you the best decisions.
