Im getting tired soon....So i need the remedy to overcome from tiredness....
So please help....

Check your medications...one of the side affects could be drowsiness. If so discuss with your doctor the way you take them and maybe you could take at night so it would not interfere with your day. Exercising can give you an energy boost. I eat mini meals instead of three meals a day which helps with my energy a little(I have fibromyalgia so anything helps.
