how to mesure blood pressure in the right way?
I recently bought a new-brand high-quality pressure-measuring device, but not able to measure accurately with it despite the fact that I do all the requirements in instructions.
The problem is that results can differ by more than 10 points, depending on tightlyness of tension of the belt and its position.

blood pressure changes very rapidly so that might explain those changes. but in order to do it correctly you need to minimize your movement and put your arm on a stable location. here's a video that explain how and when to check it:
