how to mesure blood pressure in the right way?

I recently bought a new-brand high-quality pressure-measuring device, but not able to measure accurately with it despite the fact that I do all the requirements in instructions.

The problem is that results can differ by more than 10 points, depending on tightlyness of tension of the belt and its position.

  • blood pressure changes very rapidly so that might explain those changes. but in order to do it correctly you need to minimize your movement and put your arm on a stable location. here's a video that explain how and when to check it:
